To eat, after long classes, you have the possibility to go to:

 

  • the University Restaurant Triolet, in front of the Triolet campus. You can eat inside or outdoors (11:30 a.m. / 1:40 p.m).
  • A student meal costs:
    - breakfast: 1,90 € or 2,90 € [University Restaurant Boutonnet (7:30 / 22:00) & cafeterias CROUS. The cafeteria «(S)pace», inside the Triolet campus, is in front of the Polytech building.]
    - lunch: 3,25 € (University Restaurants Triolet, Vert Bois, Boutonnet etc. & cafeterias CROUS). There is quite a choice available for all tastes and appetites!
    - dinner: 3,25 € (University Restaurant Boutonnet)

 

In addition, there are coffee machines and soda fountains inside the school.

An important part of planning your visit to Polytech Montpellier - whether it is just for a few days or for a couple of years - is arranging your trip, and once you are here, getting around Montpellier. If you have never visited France before, here is some useful information about the transport system.

 

1. Getting around France

2. Getting to and from POLYTECH Montpellier

  • By train

You can travel by high-speed train from many destinations in Europe to Montpellier St Roch station.
There are often special offers available on the French Railways (SNCF) Internet site.
You can also link up with the Eurostar train either in Paris or Lille. 

On arrival at Montpellier St Roch station, leave the station on the ground floor, and the tramway stop “Gare St Roch” is opposite you, in the direction of “Mosson.”

  • Take the tramway at "Gare St Roch" towards Mosson

  • Get off at Université des Sciences et des Lettres" stop (journey time : 20 minutes.).

  • Trams run approximately every 6 minutes in the daytime.

  • From the « Université des Sciences et des lettres » tram stop to Polytech Montpellier.
